What we collect

VynLink uses Supabase Auth to manage your email address, password authentication and session cookies. We store your chosen public display name, username, bio, theme and links. The service provider may collect technical request metadata for operational security.

What becomes public

If you publish your profile, your display name, username, bio and enabled links will be visible to anyone with the page URL. Draft profiles and disabled links are not public. Do not post personal contact details or private student information.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, operate your page, prevent abuse and maintain the service. This MVP does not include third-party advertising or marketing analytics. Supabase and Vercel process technical data to provide the service.

Account management and removal

You can unpublish your profile or delete individual links in the dashboard. Full account deletion, data-export requests and operator contact channels must be enabled before public launch.

Children

Self-registration is restricted to users aged 13 or above; additional local minimum-age requirements may apply. Accounts for younger users will require a separately designed parental consent process and are not supported in this MVP.

Before launch

The operator must specify their legal identity, jurisdiction, contact details, actual data hosting location, retention periods and cross-border transfer disclosures. This template does not constitute legal advice.
